India’s fastest growing travel community and forum, BCMTouring.com is celebrating its fourth anniversary today.

With over 121,000 unique visitors and 29,30,000 page views last month and projected traffic of over 150,000 unique visitors this month; BCMTouring has grown by leaps and bounds over the years, relying mainly on word of mouth advertising, by providing a unique and friendly community for travelers, which has become much more than just a travel forum. A fact echoed by members who not only frequently visit BCMTouring, but also get their friends, family and colleagues online to visit the place, they often refer to as their second home.

Speaking on the occasion, Yogesh Sarkar, Founder of BCMTouring said, “BCMTouring’s main philosophy and goal has always been to build a community which is not only driven at acquiring a large registered member base and first time traffic, but also concentrates on ensuring that members actively participate in the community and help add to the existing knowledgebase. This not only ensures that we have latest and most accurate information about travel destinations in India, but are also able to help members form a bond, which reaches further than realms of the online world.”

He further added, “There are regular off line meets conducted in cities across India to facilitate this bond and help people put faces to the usernames, they are used to seeing and chatting with online.”

In the coming year, BCMTouring is planning to expand its online and off line presence through several off line events, including an All India Meet, scheduled to be held in winter this year.
